Organizational Psychology
The Natural Motivation Matrix™ is correlated to the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® and the DiSC® Profile. However, neither of those two instruments can correlate the specific job duties of a particular organization to the natural personality traits and behaviors of an individual like the NMM™. Founder Christopher Riley built this system over a three-year period while obtaining his Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Over the ensuing 15 years, the science of human motivation and natural talent DNA has helped dozens of companies achieve unimaginable results.
